Summary description
We are looking to recruit an Aspire Project Coordinator to coordinate activities within the Wyre Forest and to ensure that project outputs and outcomes are met.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for coordinating the Aspire project, a three-year project to deliver free educational activities to adults with mental health problems. They will undertake outreach work to engage potential students and develop their knowledge and confidence by helping them to build life skills.


They will be expected to develop and build on collaborative partnerships established with various external bodies and community groups for educational provision, as well as formalising arrangements through Partnership Agreements with relevant delivery organisations. They will also be required to prepare project-related information for reporting to the project board when required.


The successful candidate will need to have a degree-level qualification and a teaching qualification (Level 4). Experience of working in partnership with public and third sector agencies for community development, alongside teaching and organising in community adult education provision, are also essential.Project management experience would be advantageous.
